Regular servicing helps prevent breakdowns and keeps your bike safe, reliable, and performing at its best. We recommend at least one service a year, more if you commute daily or ride competitively.

Keep your bike running smoothly

Unlike repairs (where the cost depends on what’s broken), our servicing packages have fixed prices—you’ll always know upfront what you’re paying. These prices are eclusive of parts which is determined at the time of service and agreed with you. Free estimates are available for repairs, and if you need a written report for insurance purposes, we can provide one at a small additional cost.
Bike Assembly

  • Ordered a new bike? We’ll fully assemble and set it up so it’s safe and ready to ride. Contact us for a price. 
Service without gears

From £32.50

  • A full service for adult or children’s bikes without gears.
Puncture Repair

From £15.00

  • We’ll remove the wheel, inspect the tyre, and repair or replace the inner tube. We also check for the cause of the puncture to help prevent it happening again.
Standard Service

From £49.50/£69.50

  • We take a systematic approach to the servicing of your bike removing the wheels and other components. The wheels are trued, cleaned and checked. Any axle work is undertaken and cassettes are cleaned and checked. Brake rotors are checked at this stage and cleaned too before your tyres are inflated to an appropriate PSI taking into account what it says on your tyres. Your bike frame and components are cleaned and checked. Disc brake pads are removed and cleaned and bleeding may take place of the hydraulic brake system. Gear mechanisms, brake callipers and gear and brake cables are cleaned and oiled. All other parts of the bike are checked and tightened including things like pedals, crank bolts and headsets and stems. Your chain is measured for wear and is cleaned and oiled. During this process we may replace any parts that we have agreed with you.
Enhanced Service

  • Includes everything in the Standard Service plus:

  • Bottom bracket service

  • Wheel hub service

  • Headset bearings checked/serviced

  • (Modern sealed bearings are replaced if worn, as they can’t just be regreased.)
